Fine-grained multi-floral honey is a true powerhouse of floral flavour and aroma. It delights with its natural sweetness. Sweet at first, only to reveal floral accents in a moment. This honey is an absolute surprise among traditional honeys. The colour and flavour of multifloral honey varies depending on the season of harvest and the flowers blooming around our hives. One thing is certain - each jar is a unique power and a feast for the senses.
Multi-floral honey is a composition of the wonderful nectars from all the flowers available at any given time of year in the area around our hives. The bees take care of the nectar diversity - collecting nectar and pollen particles from the surrounding species of flowers and other plant species found around the Apiary. As a result, you can enjoy a wealth of unique values, flavour and aroma.
The colour of multi-flower honey can vary depending on the forage found in the vicinity of a particular apiary - from light cream to tea-coloured. Even within the same season, multi-flower honey can vary greatly from very light to a dark yellow colour. Remember that natural multi-flower honey will never be the same. And why? Simple! Spring multi-flower honey has a light colour and a delicate flavour. In contrast, later harvests of our true honeys differ in aroma, hue and flavour notes. Full-summer honey harvested by bees from the nectar of nearby and available plant types is distinguished by a slightly darker colour and stronger flavour. Summer honeys are a greater intensity of floral fragrance compared to those of spring. It is also often thought that the colour is linked to the content of simple sugars - glucose and fructose - and that these affect the rate of crystallisation of the honeys.
Multi-flower honey is full of simple sugars such as easily digestible glucose and fructose. So go ahead, enjoy it instead of white sugar!
To feel the full nutritional properties of honey, add it to your favourite dishes and teas, but remember that their temperature must not exceed 40 degrees Celsius.

Rich in composition and full of nutritional properties, despite its many benefits, it can also cause allergic reactions, so it is advisable to gradually introduce honey into the diet, observing for allergies.
