Returns and refunds
PepperVale offers a 30-day return-request window for eligible items. Please use the Contact page form to request return instructions before sending anything back. Do not return products directly to a supplier or to an address shown on a parcel. PepperVale will provide the correct return address or label after reviewing your request.
Your statutory cancellation rights
For UK online purchases, you have the statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. After telling us that you are cancelling, you normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
Refunds
We issue refunds within the legally required period after the returned goods are received or you provide valid evidence that they have been sent back, whichever applies under law. Standard outward delivery costs are refunded where legally required. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method.
Return condition
Returned apparel should normally be unworn, unused and have its original tags attached. Lawful exclusions may apply to hygiene-sealed goods once unsealed, personalised items and other goods that cannot legally be returned for those reasons.
Return postage
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return postage where this was clearly disclosed before purchase. PepperVale covers reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods.

Products may be fulfilled by different suppliers, but customers should always contact PepperVale through the Contact page form, or email support@peppervale.co.uk or call +44 (0) 1473 850802. We will coordinate any supplier return instructions, address or label and keep you informed. We do not introduce a restocking fee or label fee unless this has been clearly agreed and disclosed before purchase.
