Shipping and delivery
PepperVale is a UK-based online retailer. Available shipping services, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by product, destination and supplier.
UK delivery
Our current general UK rates are Standard delivery at £4.99, free on qualifying orders over £50, with an estimated 3–5 business days, and Express delivery at £6.99 with an estimated 1–2 business days. These rates do not override the shipping options shown at checkout for a particular product or supplier.
Shopify Collective orders
Collective products may be fulfilled by different suppliers. Shipping costs and available services are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times can vary by product and supplier, and multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages. Tracking is provided when available.

International delivery
International availability, rates, delivery times, duties and restrictions depend on the destination, product and supplier and will be shown at checkout where available. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or clearance requirements that are lawfully payable in the destination country unless checkout states otherwise. PepperVale does not hide or guess international charges.
