What did multiflower honey gain when pollen and propolis were added?

A delicious taste and bee power! It is a good choice for athletes - it contains easily digestible simple sugars and adds energy. Honey with bee pollen is a truly natural variation of the aroma and nectar of flowers, that is, what the bees collect and transport to their hives every time. The combination of honey and pollen, unlike single-flower bee goodies, creates the richest floral composition of taste, aroma and beneficial properties. 

Propolis has a strong antibacterial effect and this is why it is the substance that strengthens bee structures. What's more, propolis putty is used to seal the hive - the bees coat the walls of their houses with it from the inside, which provides them with antimicrobial protection. It is added to honey to give the sweetness more bee power! 

How is honey made with pollen and propolis? 

True multifloral honey is made by bees from harvesting the nectar of flowers that bloom in the vicinity of the apiary. Pollen, on the other hand, helps to complement the floral accents. A touch of propolis is also included, with its rich composition of tree resins, wax, essential oils and sweet secretions. Natural bee honey undergoes crystallisation. Honey can crystallise from a few days to a year depending on the species. You can return it to liquid form by heating it to 40°C, but protect it from sunlight on a daily basis and do not store it above 18°C.
