How to Use:

1. Sterilise before first use. Place your cup in the silicone case, fill halfway with water, and microwave for 3 minutes.

2. Fold and insert. Fold the cup (C-fold or punch-down method) and insert gently until it opens to form a seal.

3. Wear for up to 12 hours. Empty and rinse as needed.

4. Clean and store. Sterilise after your cycle and store your cup in the protective case.
