This oil contains 11 mg of thymoquinone per gram of oil, confirmed by laboratory testing. It is also a natural source of Omega-6 and Omega-9 unsaturated fatty acids.

Start with a few drops added to food or drinks and gradually increase the amount to 1 teaspoon daily. The oil may be taken on an empty stomach or with meals. Do not heat it – use only with cold or cooled dishes.
